Our quick and easy Donation Form makes it simple to securely donate online, or to print out a pre-filled donation form to mail to us. Pike employees can make a monthly donation via the Pike Employee Payroll Deduction Program. The Donation Form allows you to make a general PTEF donation (we will apply your donation where we feel it will do the most good), or to donate to a specific PTEF program or event of your choosing. Give a meaningful gift to someone you love by making a donation in their honor, or in honor of a significant event in their life. You can even submit in-kind donations such as products, services, or volunteer to help us at one of our events! Donations are tax deductible. |
