STEP 2: DONATION INFORMATION
This section of the donation form is used to specify how you would like your donation applied. Most donors allow the PTEF to determine where their donation will do the most good, but some donors wish to donate to specific PTEF programs or events. If you wish to donate to a specific program or event, select the appropriate option and then select the program or event from the list. For scholarships, you may also choose a specific scholarship to donate to. Note that scholarships and grants require monetary donations in section 3.

STEP 3: DONATION
This section is used to specify the type of your donation. Select one or more donation types, then fill in the options to the right of each donation type selected. Monetary donations are payable by credit card (via PayPal or by mail), cash/check (by mail), bank transfer or eCheck (via PayPal), or payroll deduction (for Pike employees only). Credit card payments by mail must be accompanied by a signature card, which can be printed out during the donation process. Monetary donations provide a choice of repeating your donation amount at set intervals, for example you can donate the same amount every month or once per year. For certain programs and events, we also accept donations of products or services, or you can donate your time as a volunteer. Donations are tax deductible.
